Here comes the doctor.

I finished the picture a long time ago, but could not find time and space to upload it.
It was done in MC 1.7 in a pseudo-creative-mode. As by Twilight every block was placed by hoof.
All in all 33700 blocks, so it barely fits into the viewable area of Minecraft.
