12 hours before our Nana Kate (Grandma) passed away, Arzulie (my Sister) wrote these lyrics and sung them to our Grandma. We believe it helped her to pass on. That weekend (March 29th), my sister and I got together and created the full version. The first part is A Cappella, followed by the full song. We believe it needs to be shared. This song is dedicated to our Nana Kate, and all those who have passed on.
