This is not a hack. This is the launchpad glitch. This was recorded last week

How-to:

1) you go to the map Demeter
2) find that fallen gate door
3) Spawn a titan on top of it OR simply get a titan to walk on top of it (make sure you titan stays on top)
4) equip and throw all your c4's on the fallen door pannel ONLY!
5) go back to your titan and hit space on the platform OR as a pilot, just jump on the platform
6) "I believe I can flyyyy"
