So it turns out criticism means judgement, not disliking a video. This video is still relevant, though, as Slappy said "You want everything sugar coated" rather than "You want everyone to like your videos" implying that slappy told him to listen to trolls. Also, Michael said he doesn't accept negative, or destructive criticism. I think he's confused about the definition as well, and I'm sure he'd be willing to listen if people made suggestions. Hey, if he stopped saying the same lyrics over and over, why not?
