Almost nobody who makes a Mary-Sue or Gary-Stu character is aware of what they're doing nor do they do it intentionally.  Though the things mentioned in this video do not automatically apply to all characters, it is important to avoid analyzing your own original character for quality.  Especially if the character is a reflection of yourself in any way, you're likely going to be biased either in your own favor or against yourself (depending on the person).

FiMfiction review suggestions are not only welcome but encouraged.  However, bare in mind how it's stated in this video that I'm very picky about FiMfictions.  I'll only review completed stories and I do not want to read clop or gore.  You may suggest your own FiMfiction for review so long as you're at peace with the possibility that I might pan it.
