3Pink1Pie is back for another special day in the Math community. Recognized as Tau day, June 28 resembles the number 6.28, the first three significant figures of the Tau constant. It is rarely seen in today's mathematical calculations due to the presence of Pi, but it is very useful when it comes to handling calculations involving trigonometry. Once again inspired by 3Blue1Brown, we reused most of the video assets rendered in the past using a math animation engine known as Manim. It is capable of creating any mathematical equations, constructing complicated graphs, and even performing 3D transformations and simulations. Since many people associate Twilight Sparkle with Tau, similar to how people associate Pinkie Pie with Pi, we decided to replace Pinkie Pie with Twilight Sparkle. There is not a lot to say about this video as it is very similar to the previous 3Pink1Pie video. However, we have been experimenting with more instruments and sound effects to provide the best experience to our audience. With this in mind, we hope you enjoy this new addition to the 3Pink1Pie suite.
