This is a gift to my mom who has been so amazing all my life and supported me. My mom is all about Christmas it is her favorite holiday, last year I made her a Christmas Album and she loved it, but then she told me how much she'd love it if the rest of my siblings and the grand kids did one together one day. 

Well about in the middle of November I remembered that and thought, "Hey I bet we could do that", so I called all my siblings and got most of them on board. I found a local studio with pretty good rates if I might add.

If you live in the Lewis or Thurston County area of Washington State, check out Dub Narcotics Studio, not only are the rates reasonable but the engineer Ethan was super chill and amazing to work with. 

Alright plug over. 

We picked a day and all of that, but I got to thinking, what if I made a song just for mom? For the next week I scrambled to come up with one in a reasonable amount of time and then went to my good friend PegasYs. Begged him to help me or direct me to someone who could. 

He got a good piano track going for me to sing along to at the studio, I recorded the vocals for him to mix and then about another week later it was done. 

Turns out my siblings felt it was unfair that they got to miss out on what was sure to be an awesome reaction from my mom. And so my older sis organized a brunch for Christmas Eve. This will be the first time my Mom will get nearly all of us together for the holidays. It's been tough keeping this a secret, I really wanted to share this, even now a day before Christmas Eve I am excited to see her reaction. But she'd never forgive me for ruining such a surprise.

Even so I've made this video for when we do finally play her the CD, and I'll put it off private! This is the first one of my original songs I have posted, and I assure you my viewers there is more to come.

Sir/Ma'am I hope you don't mind me using it, I wanted to get a custom one made but just ran out of time, I hope to get one made later down the road and will change it later next time around.
