The song lyrics were written by Somber in his epic fanfic "Fallout Equestria: Project Horizons". The only clue given for how this song should have sounded was that our heroin(e) Blackjack heard it sung by the Pecos gang - a gang known for looking like cow-ponies. So this is just my interpretation of what it could have sounded like.
