In honor of the new MLP: Movie which I saw yesterday 10/7/17 I was inspired to draw the great villain Tempest Shadow. She was so amazing to me and just her back story was just- wow.  She stood out so much to me that I HAD to draw her no matter what! So I hope you guys like this video and enjoy! ^^
