I'm not sure whether the original is Keren Ann's or Henri Salvador's but Keren Ann's was the first rendition of this song that I heard.

About the language:
I most definitely not a French speaker. I did learn French in high school for about two years, but that's all I've got. I did sing some French songs every now and then, but I'm sure it's far from perfect. So please pardon me. Trying different language is one of my vocal experiments. So if you notice some mistakes or imperfections, I would be grateful if you post some polite constructive advice.

About the song:
I could be wrong... But the way I interpret the song is about someone's yearning to her/his lover and the "Jardin D'hiver" or conservatory here is the conservatory for their love so it can last for ages, just for the two of them. But again, I could be wrong. Maybe some of you understand it better and well, post it on the comment about it :)

But otherwise, the reason I cover this song is because the song is just beautiful.
