The previous September video contained a copywritten song that blocked it in several countries.  Youtube allows me to remove the offending audio in that section, but because the first video reached a certain number of views, it wouldn't allow me to save the old video as is, and only let me save it as a new video.  Hence, why you're seeing it uploaded again.
