This is Miles "Tails" Prower, a two tailed fox.

"FREEDOM FIGHTERS" is an upcoming Sonic the Hedgehog Fan film that tells an origin story of how Tails, Knuckles, Amy and Sonic get together to become the Freedom Fighters. However, good things didn't last long as Dr. Robotnik shows himself to, Angel Island. Robotnik announces he's looking for the right hero who can handle the power of the Chaos Emeralds.
