There are a lot of great bands and songs I know of that I would love to have been able to showcase with a PMV, but I either ran out of time before my trip to Peru, or they simply didn't lend themselves very well to pony video. But I still want to introduce people to great music, so here's a video with seven of my top indie folk band picks. These are just samples, but each picture has a link to the full song, and I highly recommend checking them out! I especially recommend investigating The Last Bison. They're my second favorite band after Branches, and if there's one band I want you to be a fan of after this video, it's them.

These are all Folk bands, which is my current favorite genre, but if you're looking for good lesser-known rock bands, you might check out Bulletproof Messenger, The Wedding, and Imagine Dragons.
