There was going to be a long, elaborate rant before this video, but I didn't want to bore people to get to the good stuff, so I'm going to save it here in the description.

"To be honest, a lot has changed ever since I wrote this parody. I mean, back then, the Trump train was in full swing and I was still young and less jaded, and ... there was just this boom of content that came from the non-mainstream right, and of course, one of those was the parodies, which I was so deeply inspired by to create this one.

But now ... things have changed, everything's become a lot more complex and we just ... stopped believing after we've hit a huge roadblock in the tracks, you know? I just ... hope that when I sing this one, I'd be able to capture even just a little bit of the optimism we had back then, and it's just that we could use that sense of joy, not only in these dark times but despite of it.

I just wish people were able to believe in something bigger than themselves."

Anyway, consider this video a sort of shitpost-y Christmas present. I'm sorry if these videos take so long, but I hope that whenever it comes out, you guys will still be able to enjoy the singing regardless of the circumstances.
And don't worry, ponyfags, I'm not leaving you guys behind. There's still enough room in my heart for you all and all the other things that I love as well.
