Within the universe of "My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic" there is a popular book series called "Daring Do" (basically an affectionate parody on Indiana Jones) that got mentioned several times during the series' run.
In alte 2014 the real-life fans of Daring Do got their own books to buy - three adventures written by Gillian M. Berrow, bundled with a special box in the style of a treasure chest, a miniature figurine and more.

Today's piece is inspired by the first of the three books, "Daring Do and the Marked Thief of Marapore". During the prologue we get introduced to a pony that once had sworn to protect the village it lived in but turned on it after a life-altering incident...
Since the prologue has no own name, I decided to call the piece "Past Hero" based on the aforementioned character's backstory.
