As of this video, my old Pentium 4 is now overclocked at 3.20 GHz. I got a significant performance increase in my games, and the best part is, it's still not overheating. :D

I'm very impressed at how well my system can handle the game. It may have unstable frame rates, but it's still playable, and that's already good enough for me. Kinda sucks that I need to turn the graphics down A LOT just to reach a playable frame rate, though.

I also had to do a few tweaks in the console to improve playability. For example, "com_maxframetime 1000" - this ensures that the game doesn't frequently slow down time whenever the frame rates drop drastically on some parts. There are more, but I'm too lazy to list them all down here. =P
