This piece was rather spontanteous. I think it's my record time on creating a new piece, being just around 2 hours and 30 minutes from start to finish. While I will try not to compose in such a short ammount of time again, I wanted to have something to my channel to compensate for the lack of uploads last weekend. So on Sunday there's going to be another upload, so stay tuned!!

Legacy is what I think of when seeing this artwork. The future in new hands (hooves) from those that came before. Celestia moves on, Twilight taking the mantle of princess. Her experiences, and her mentor's teachings, will guide her through her new role.
