If you want to view this in HDR properly on YouTube, you must be on a recent 2017 HDR-capable device with the YouTube app supporting HDR natively. Some 2016 Sony TVs like my X800D may also work, but only if you cast to it and force HDR10 on as well as setting it to the BT.2020 color space.
