Welcome folks, to an old and forbidden tale. Following the written notes left behind by a man cast adrift after becoming a naval prisoner during the early stages of the Great War, we learn of the strange lands he encountered and the thing that dwelled there. Driven to madness by what he believed he had seen, he would eventually take his own life to escape the unending nightmares that haunted him of that fateful voyage.

Yes folks, this is an unusual video for me. It's Halloween and I have wanted to do something like this for a long time. I've wanted to do readings for eons now and while I had originally imagined it would be Fanfic readings, the opportunity to do something like this I could not pass up. So I hope you enjoy, for I certainly did making it.

While not my favourite of Lovecraft's works, it is a strong story to start with and short to boot, making it the perfect size to test the waters so to speak. Let me know what you think!
