A poem. An encounter in the dark. My heart reaches. Blue feathers, soft as down and hard as steel, Like her heart, fragile... and strong I move my hand beneath her wing... She does not flinch but she does not smile. "Oh dear Luna Smile!" I think desperately Knowing doom awaits me if she does not. Not the doom of my body; she is too pure to harm a lesser creature. No, the doom of my heart and soul Too late, I am gone already. Still no smile as she stares into my eyes Piercing eyes of midnight into my own I feel her relax into my arms The heat of her body, the sweet smell of horse and...goddess? overwhelms me and I struggle to keep my footing as that relentless stare fixes me, the hot sweet smell of her breath from the most beautiful nose to ever grace a pony It slides across my shoulder, the wonderful warm neck of a goddess Pressing against me. I shudder as she breathes down my back. For a moment, for an eternity we embrace, and then slowly, ever so slowly we begin..... to dance.
