If there's a hotfix, here's the hotfix notes below___________________

(1) Improved the AI of MevNav NPCs where they act more efficiently. And smarter.

(1) Changed the MevNav Scout Drone to a more proper reconnaissance drone that will give MevNav NPCs more realistic awareness.

(1) Fixed the camera so it stays inside the map borders when you venture outside them.

(1) Fixed a vehicle so it doesn't break the drop container anymore.

(1) Tweaked other AIs and a couple of other vehicles.

(2) Fixed the gun on a tank.

(3) Forgot to make the new MevNav reconnaisance drone spawn on other maps too *facepalms*.

(4) And I somehow fucked up the Vult missile that the Deus launches *facepalming intensifies*.
