Batpony have high stats overall, especially endurance. They have big HP next to earthpony, good HP drain skill, and also good invincible movement.
IMO Batpony is pretty good at no-death run... only if you can deal with "King Sombra".

Batpony can do a lot of things, especailly they are good at skipping monsters, and strong against ground enemies thanks to Shadow Wolf.
Shadow Wolf has enourmous damage, long range, and big hitbox. It works pretty well against both single and group enemies. I can easily consider it as the best skill of Batpony.

But batpony has a big weakness. They have only slash, fire, dark skill, and they can't deal good damage against midair-enemies.
Because of this, batpony will struggle some certain enemies who has dark immunity or float in air. like Shadowflight, Siren Gem, King Sombra, Dullahan, Trixie, and Starlight Glimmer.
Especially King Sombra (also Starlight) is just a hell. You must make a proper and safe routine to dodge against his every single attack and situation.

Also, Quick Strike is pretty good ability but it makes short hop cancel a lot harder. I guess Batpony doesn't have any good way to spam weapon attack.
