Presumably the hardest difficulty in Ponyvania.

Compared to regular Brutal Lv1 cap, liner stages before Castle became hard as hell. 
Everything is just literally insta-kill because of super low HP, and you can't use skill and ability so often because of super low MP x_x
Especailly Giant Tarantula and Manehattan is crazy.

But once you reached Castle and got Death Ring, there isn't so much difference than regular Brutal Lv1. That means it's hard as hell.
Some end-game bosses are even a bit easier than regular Lv1 thanks to those rare items like Bone and Impervious Mail. 

Sword of Dawn is the best weapon in Luck mode, but sadly it's useless in Lv1 luck because damage from skeleton army is defined by pony's level. They can deal only 1 damage if you are Lv1.


About Batpony, I guess they are good at Brutal Lv1. You can safely dodge any attack by mist form and damage is not bad thanks to death ring.
Hardest fight was of course Deep Skeleton Cave and Starlight Glimmer.
