Foal is easily the best race in Lv1 cap. Mostly thanks to snake (a.k.a poison).
Instead of their devastating damage they are pretty fragile though, still they often can survive 1 hit. Their low HP won't be so big problem in Lv1 cap, because other races often can't survive more than 2 hit either.
Guess foal is the only race that can obtain "speed runner" bonus at every stage in brutal Lv1 cap.
