You can get Astral Veil from Filthy Rich if playtime is under 21 minutes.
I was able to obtain all time-limited items in this video (Celer Immutatio, Felicem Fio, Rapidius Fio, Twisted Horn, Holy Glasses).

Currently, It wont' be so damn hard for Pegasus if you got how to use Celer Immutatio + Flying cancel.
But it's really hard for earthpony, and it's almost impossible for unicorns. So I guess you should use pegasus if you want Astral Veil.

I've heard someone managed this around 10 minutes with all races, but I have completely no idea how to do it ?_?
Of course I know this run is too far from perfect, but still.
Is there some sequence skip bug or secret or something?


Edit: The condition of Astral Veil became "under 31 minutes" since v1.008.
You don't need to try this hard any more :D
