At least Lv10 (Ultimate Evasion) is needed I guess. Unless you have 100% devour or something.
It took actually about 12 minutes till take down.

--Tactics--
Use Ultimate Evasion as soon as possible.
While UE is activated, restore HP with health potion and lifesteal. Also cure poison if you have enough MP.
While UE is gone, survive with Minor barrier.
