Moses goes to Ramses one more time who is devastated by his son's death from the final plague. Ramses gives the Hebrews permission to go free. Moses is upset over what it cost, but eventually becomes cheered by Miriam and Tzipporah as the Hebrews leave Egypt ("When You Believe").

My first version of "When You Believe" was disappointing to me, especially when compared to "The Plagues." I definitely improved it here, but slower songs are still more difficult to do. We now approach the finale next, plus the credits.
