Mark (Pinkie Pie) and Roger (Twilight Sparkle) are fretting over their new eviction notice from their landlord and former roommate Benny. Meanwhile, their other roommate, Collins (Applejack), returns from university. Although she hasn't met the other characters yet, Mimi (Rarity) also lives in the soon to be evicted apartment complex.

I had a lot more fun with this one than Seasons of Love, although I got a bit lazy at the end and just used a long clip from "Putting Your Hoof Down."
