So, anyone who has seen Avatar: The Last Airbender, knows just how tearbending this song is. I still get teary-eyed when I watch this episode.
I decided to take this song, and give it more of a wartime/march feel. So, I went with the strong snare line and the big brass hits. While keeping the Koto and the strings soft to stay true to the original song. I gave it a counter-melody and key change into the middle of the song to give it something different. I am overall happy with the way this piece turned out and I hope you all will be too!
