You are welcome to practice basic breathing, stretching, and movement exercises that are designed to bring you zen relaxation. It will be Maud Pie themed, focusing on the the yoga term of "grounding", which helps to create calm, stability, and security despite the chaos or challenges around you. This session will also use elements of flowing movement to connect to your body and stretch to soothe soreness. Our hope is that you leave this panel centered and relaxed, and ready to enjoy the rest of the con!
