Yes and there is a car with a snowstash and i will tell ya a story:

U know why i will tell ya because my bus i got on it at about 8:00 and it was on the A6 for at least a another 55 mins and it had only moved about 1m every 10 mins and the traffic was horrendous and the bus normally has by the time it stops at the park maby a half full double decker and well there was only like 8 people on the bus when it got down the side rode then it was bad. The snow got worse the bus and the other bus as well as the many many cars were all sliding every where and the driver decided to let us out and walk home in the blizzard. And the school is OPEN but they say u don't have to go if you don't want to.
