There are some certified classics, but one that always stood out to me is Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer. No, not the stop-motion TV-movie from 1964, I'm talking about the animated one from 1998. The one where the characters' eyes point different directions half the time. The one where they blew their entire animation budget on getting the rights to "Simply Having a Wonderful Christmastime" by Paul McCartney, leaving only enough to make one really good run-cycle. The one with John Goodman, Eric Idle, Whoopi Goldberg, Bob Newhart, and Richard god-damn Simmons. The movie is a complete mess. It is my favorite Christmas movie of all time. I don't know what it is about it, but I find it unironically captivating. I wouldn't want it any other way. So I made this cover.
