I'm happy to make Etherium Apex's debut on the channel with the perfect song! This one is full of season 1 nostalgia as it calls back to S01E16 "Sonic Rainboom" and retells its events through both music and pony samples!

For those who may not know about Etherium Apex, he's known for his very epic Orchestral pieces that act as soundtrack for a fanfic about Celestia that he's currently writing, "Aeterna Solara" (link below). He's also a 3D artist who makes breathtaking pony 3D art depicting scenes and places from the fic (uploaded on his DeviantArt), and that are used as cover art for those soundtrack pieces on his YouTube channel. Aside from Orchestral, he's also well-versed in EDM that he's actually been making since 2011, and has recently released the Starlight-inspired Progressive House track "Second Prances" that's a real beauty. The inspiration didn't stop there though, as this creative Rainbow Dash-inspired gem "Flight of the Rainboom" saw the light of day and provides an unexpected and blissful leap into the past! Using both Dash vocal chops and lines from the season 1 episode that we all remember, the multi-talented musician integrated Dashie's voice so well into the mix, and crafted a unique instrumental conveying the theme so well. And not just that, it actually has a creative progression that retells the events of the episode, like how Dash is doubting of herself in the middle part of the song when it brings in those samples and follows up with emotional melodies. The last part of the song has got to represent the successful sonic rainboom with a peak of euphoria that can be felt in the music, and we can only thank Etherium Apex for this wonderful experience! And I'm sure Dashie appreciates the tribute too. She also would be quite impressed with Etherium's own speed, as the musician released a new remix of "Best Friends Until the End of Time" in just under a day after the release of "Flight of the Rainboom", and a remix of "A Kirin Tale" shortly after that too! Love Wilvarin-Liadon's colorful art style! The art edit was done by Tacos who went all the way and masked out Dashie to "add some filters to the background to help her and the Cider Party logo pop out more, since the white logo doesn't look so good against clouds". That's dedication!
