Ok first off I will be naming the changes I have currently made on the character it self.
First off most of her attacks do induce the elemental Ice effect though showing Flaming graphics, hence the name. the only attacks that do different status effects would currently be her forward B special her Nspecial Or neutral Special her basic neutral A moves as in A being Ice, A being earth which your opponent has to be on the ground to hit correctly and the other A being an electric graphic though inducing a sort of trip effect which makes you fall into the laying down frames. Also the entrance has been modified slightly. It's really only for show and will be changed in later releases if it becomes popular enough. I am also currently taking few brstm request if interested at all. Also luca's Final smash has been Nerfed to keep a balance between her. as in before one final smash could kill you instantly regardless of damage.

Also if you are currently new to the whole psa thing and dont know what to do with the file just follow these instructions.
One:download the file and rename it FitLucario.Pac
Two:insert your SD card and open the private/app/RSBE/pf/Fighter/Lucario and place the file in that folder. Make sure you keep a save of your original Lucario Pac if the file becomes boring to you.
Also luca Currently has no texture hopefully i will get someone to make me one if at all possible.
