Hello my friends! It's been a while since i've released a song (5 months hot damn!), the reason being i've been busy as hell lately, and its a miracle i had time to conceive this song in the first place :p.

This song blossomed from a riff i wrote around January of this year, which ended up being the chorus. The moment i heard it, i knew PrinceWhateverer's voice would be the perfect fit, and since many of you guys were constantly requesting me to collab with him, i finally delivered :D.

After i decided to submit this song for Enigma, i figured i could drag some more people, so i had Arabesque Sympony sing the break, from a different perspective storywise, and asked L-Train to shred some notes on the guitar, and both nailed their performance!

If its not clear enough: This song is about Twilight discovering a new kind of magic, that at first seems to be harmless and actually benefit the user, but eventually this magic starts to consume her and distort her personality , making her more violent, distant, addicted…
Then her friends talk some reason with her, pleading to stop the madness. With their help, Twilight goes through a "detox" process, and finally gets rid of the parasitic magic (hence the title ;D)

In other words: It's about drug abuse :B

So yeah, i hope you enjoy this song since a lot of work went into it, and i WILL upload more frequently from now on! Don't be strangers. I love you all :3
