This song is part of the unrelated trilogy between "Canterlot Fair" and "Cloudsdale Ascended". All of them where submitted to VibePoniez: Plaza, and all 3 of them received a warm and nice feedback and the judging stream, and I'm happy that the folks who where present there (both judges and viewers), liked them all C:
But, since by rules only 2 songs can get in, by my joy and surprise, 2 of them really made it.
Manehattan Dreams was left out tho, so I was holding on with the upload, once again, looking for the perfect artwork for it, and once again, I found it on EmeraldGalaxy's gallery. I can't imagine anything more fitting (and I looked through over 100 pages of Derpi, the things I've seen there, could leave a scar on a pony with weaker will!).

As for the song description itself, I think the artwork tells by its own. That's why I found it fits perfectly.
The theme for "Plaza" was urban, cityscape themed music, and I had enough inspiration to work on 3 songs (and a collab which ended up too hype for VP), so, I got Cloudsdale Ascended, about the life of the Pegasi folk in the clouds, Canterlot Fair, about the vibes of Canterlot... Well, during a fair?
And Manehattan Dreams. Big dreams for a big city.
