From "Memories from Shattered Timelines"

Originally named “Soundcrafting”, this song was literally my first attempt into a solo composition, outside of practice. 
Believe me, it was awful (and still awful) but after months, when the album was mostly finished, I found the project file of this song and tough “what if I fix this with what I have learn?” and in the end it became part of the album and the story. It does not fit so well in the album, but I can’t just drop it behind. 
Flying Above the Storm is about the difficulties we try to out-flight.  Sometimes obstacles, sometimes whole storms. But above the storm, calm skies await. 
It also follows On Wings of Steam in the story. If you can’t face a storm with your wings, just use an airship.
