This is part 17 for ~Splotch~'s MEP ayyyy.

I picked Jessie as my character but we all knew I was gonna fill it with Rocketshipping bc... it strangely fits... editing edgy suggestive Rocketshipping is fun.... who knew... but it's from Jessie's POV so yeah... also I'm just a stickler for following the lyrics.
