The first part is where Fluttershy is sad and ashamed, because she doesn't dare join the Tornado Duty. Then build up! She trains, because she feels she's worth it! Then total despair, because she failed the flying test... The final part is where Fluttershy takes her own advice, and picks herself up and joins the Tornado Duty, helping them achieve the goal.
