I have no idea what I'm doing with this piece...

A while ago, someone said something about making a mafia-style theme for Rarity...(I forget where)
I seem to make lots of pieces for Rarity, so I figured I'd shift the spotlight to someone already in a 'family' so to speak...

BUT THEN I just screwed up the Mafia vibe and went "meh, that'll do!"
