My Little Pony Convention 2011.  Questions were submitted in advance and two Hasbro reps give the fans official answers.  Apologies for the quality, handheld pocket camera.  Please share/like/etc to get the word out since this has a lot of answers fans have been asking!

Some people on ED asked who these women are.  They're Hasbro employees who volunteered at the con.  They were there the whole time, not just for the official Q&A, and are apparently MLP fans themselves--though obviously pre-G4, like many of the long-time fans are.
